Their crunch and flavor gave a new dimension to the samosa chaat I made today. Unlike other fried onions we buy from Indian stores these are neither oily nor salty. I would say you could not only use them in some of your dishes but also eat them as a snack. I served my chaat with pomegranate seeds strewn on top, also some hickory sticks which made it even more tantalizing! And above all it takes only 2 mins to make this chaat.br /br /Here's the recipe!br /br /bIngredients:/bbr /Samosas - 2br /Yoghurt - 1 cupbr /Onions chopped - 1/2 smallbr /Green chillies chopped - 1smallbr /Ginger chopped - 1/2 tspnbr /Chaat masala powder- 1/2 tspbr /Fresh Gourmet crispy onions - 1/4 cupbr /Green chutney - 1 tblspnbr /Tamarina chutney - 1 tblspnbr /Hickory sticks - just a few (optional)br /Salt to tastebr /Fresh Cilantro choppedbr /Fresh pomegranate seeds - a fewbr /br /bMethod:/bbr /br /div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"a href="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-l23rQ9E-Wc0/UKsSFoecPgI/AAAAAAAABEM/ge-JgAzQcK0/s1600/blogger-image-1433969375.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"img border="0" height="300" src="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-l23rQ9E-Wc0/UKsSFoecPgI/AAAAAAAABEM/ge-JgAzQcK0/s400/blogger-image-1433969375.jpg" width="400" //a/divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"br //divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"With these ready made ingredients make your chaat in no time./divdiv class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"So quick and easy to make, so yummy to eat!/divbr /div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"a href="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-bt9YQrOLk8/UKsM9FGPBBI/AAAAAAAABDk/c76q-utTkWA/s1600/blogger-image-1565531734.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"img border="0" height="300" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-bt9YQrOLk8/UKsM9FGPBBI/AAAAAAAABDk/c76q-utTkWA/s400/blogger-image-1565531734.jpg" width="400" //a/divbbr //bbr /div style="text-align: center;"1.
