  • 2 1/4 cups quick cooking oats
  • 3/4 cups whole raw almonds
  • 3/4 cups dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup pepitas
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (plus more for coating the baking pan)
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
