Ingredients

  • ½ tablespoon flaxmeal mixed with 1 tablespoon warm water
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • ½ cup brown rice flour
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon xanthum gum, optional
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup agave syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup blackstrap molasses (or regular molasses)
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons coconut sugar mixed with 2 tablespoons cinnamon
