Clean eating cookie dough ball recipe - 5 ingredients, healthy and dairy free

When I was a little girl, I would always eat cookie dough. Now that I am a big girl, I always eat cookie dough 🙂 The difference now is that mine has no raw eggs or other ingredients that might not be the best for you. Today I am sharing my clean eating cookie dough ball recipe.

Last weekend, I was at the Love Natural Love You show. It was such a great day. I demonstrated a chocolate brownie recipe in the Nature’s Workshop kitchen, spent 30 minutes in the theatre talking about how to eat healthily on a budget, and the last workshop of the day was as a guest chef in the Doves Farm kitchen making 3 different recipes using the same ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 tin chickpeas, drained
  • ½ cup cashew nut butter
  • ½ cup ground almonds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
