I love Greek cuisine and even though I have only been to Greece once, I completely fell in love with the food and the people. You might already know how to make tzatziki, but in case you don’t, here is my clean eating tzatziki recipe. Easy, light and very refreshing.
Before we get to the simplest tzatziki recipe ever, let me tell you some of my latest news. First of all, I am again going to be guesting at the Love Natural Love You show!! - ½ cucumber
- 250g soya yoghurt or full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- a drizzle of olive oil
