Healthy Low Carb Tuna Avocado Wraps

Tuna Avocado Wraps

Disclosure: This Tuna Avocado Wraps recipe is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Bumble Bee Seafoods. All opinions are my own.

These Tuna Avocado Wraps are packed with delicious and healthy ingredients like chunky albacore tuna, fresh avocado, tomato, cucumber and green onions.

Tuna Wraps are so easy to make and can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner. When I am making a recipe that calls for tuna I always buy chunky Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore Tuna.

I love the big chunks of light tuna you can only find in a can of albacore tuna. I also like the fresh flavor albacore tuna has compared to chunk light tuna.

Chunk light tuna is more like flakes of dark tuna with a stronger fish flavor than solid white albacore. At least it is to me.

Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore Tuna has a firm texture, light color and fresh taste that my family loves.

Adding Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore Tuna to your diet is a delicious way to add a lean protein with healthy fats and important vitamins and minerals to your meal plan.

Low Carb, Gluten Free Tuna recipe

Since I have been following a low carb diet I eat wraps all the time.  Tuna is one of my favorite high protein wrap fillings.

It is so easy to make so many different types of wraps with tuna. All my wraps are made with a low carb flour wrap.

If you are following a gluten free diet you can use your favorite gluten free wrap or skip the wrap all together and make a Tuna Avocado Wrap with lettuce.

These Tuna Avocado Wraps are filled with Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore Tuna and fresh ingredients like vine ripened tomato, green onions, cucumber and diced avocado.

With the warm weather comes fresh vegetable season. You can easily change up this Tuna Avocado Wraps recipe by changing the ingredients and taking advantage of in season vegetables.

Tuna Wrap Dressings

I drizzled my favorite avocado aoli on these Tuna Avocado Wraps but you can use whatever type of dressing you usually like with tuna. I bet homemade ranch dressing would taste delicious on these Tuna Wraps.
