Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix or Store Bought?
I love homemade buttermilk ranch dressing. It is unbelievably easy to make and tastes so much better than any envelope of ranch dressing mix I have ever bought. As I mention in the recipe description I used my homemade butter milk ranch dressing mix to make this mashed cauliflower recipe.
If you don’t want to make the homemade ranch dressing mix you can use an envelope of the store bought stuff. But first take a peek into your pantry and see if you have the ingredients to make the homemade ranch mix.
It takes about 3 minute to make. You’ll have enough ranch dressing mix to make this and a few batches of buttermilk ranch dressing. I make this by the double batch and keep it in a mason jar in my cabinet.
I make a batch of homemade ranch dressing every week. Yes, I eat it that much. Either in recipes like this Crock Pot Buttermilk Ranch Mashed Cauliflower, as a salad dressing, as a dip for cauliflower tots, on my low carb turkey wraps and more.
