Serve this festive fall drink at Thanksgiving Dinner. It is light and refreshing, and not too sweet. Made with pomegranate juice, this one is a keeper. I found the recipe on the myrecipe.com site.
- 1/2 cup peeled, chopped fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 4 cups pomegranate juice
- 4 cups pineapple juice
- 6 cups ginger ale
- Combine ginger, water, and sugar and place in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.
