Loaded to the max with lots of peanut butter, granola, and fun add-ins, these grab-and-go breakfast cookies are the easiest and tastiest way to start the day.---NO butter or oil in these super-soft cookies!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups peanut butter granola (or your choice of granola)
  • 1 medium ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
