  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup xylitol (or granulated sugar)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2-1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
