Tandoori Tangdi or Tangdi Kabab…
It was a very hectic day yesterday with lot’s of things packed up in the limited time frame. Had a photo shoot lined up with a client, a long over due lunch meet with a dear friend and off course dealing with Sunny boy’s studies. Amidst all this, I could manage to sneak in some time to quickly marinate the chicken legs that we had bought over the weekend in a spicy marinade and after juggling with all the chores, I could manage to churn out a delicious snack cum dinner in the evening. I love the fact that the recipe is quite easy and quick to make and the result is quite rewarding. Here is how I made Tandoori Tangdi .
