Summers have slowly crept in and although the early mornings and evenings gets a little cold in Bangalore, the days are getting pretty hot. This is the time when I want to whip up a refreshing salad and have it for my meals. Making a salad is not a time taking job and especially if your dressing is ready, it just takes a few minutes to whip up one.
This dressing is inspired from the Asian dressing with some soy sauce, sesame oil and grated ginger and the addition of orange juice made it very refreshing. The dressing can be made in large amount and stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days in refrigerator and whenever you feel like eating a salad, just mix the ingredients for the salad and pour some dressing on top and voila, you have a healthy and delicious meal ready in no time.
