It’s time. I’m fairly certain that after this past trip to Greece my body is made up of 20% Aperol Spritz and 30% Greek white wine. The other 50% is most definitely tzatziki, fava bean puree, fresh fish and other delicious Greek things. But if I’m being super honest, I need a bit of a reset! So here we go… a #pieceofcakedetox for anyone looking to reset.
I’ve done juice cleanses in the past and was hangry the entire time. I’ve tried various fad diets and none of them work. I’ve found that over the last few years it’s really all about eating wholesome foods and getting back to the basics AND the gym! I tapped one of my dearest friends Lindsay from Weeknight Bite to help me get back on track. She’s a holistic nutritionist, matcha addict, a lover of chocolate chip cookies, romantic comedies, and Sundays spent at the Farmers Market… so basically we’re twins. (minus the matcha addiction, I have yet to get into that!) After hearing over the weekend on snapchat that you guys are interested in a little reset/detox too, we decided that we’re bringing it to the blog! So without further ado… I’ll let her take it away!
