I love Bacon Wrapped Chicken Teriyaki. The combination of sweet and spicy is so tasty! Unfortunately I did not have any bacon in the house (just bacon bits) so I decided to make a Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl instead. Mixing together Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Bacon Bits, and Pineapple Chunks and serving over a bed of brown rice. It was an instant hit with the hubs and I loved it too!
Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Club Rice Bowls
- 16 oz. boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce, divided (I like LaChoy)
- 2 cups pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon bits
- 4 cups cooked brown rice
