Do you know what’s not overrated this time of year? Apples. Pumpkins? Maybe a bit overrated. But apples really don’t get old to me. You can bake ‘em with streusel, make a chutney, make a sauce, or puree them into soup. Stuff them into chicken breasts and roast to perfection. Bam!
