- 1 large papaya (I used a Strawberry Papaya.)
- about 1 cup roughly chopped (loosely packed) butter lettuce, washed and dried
- ¼ to ½ of a medium-sized avocado, cut into bite-sized pieces (Here's How to Cut an Avocado.)
