You already know I’m making a super delicious granola for my dad for Father’s Day , but that’s his gift, not our Father’s Day meal ! He’ll likely have the granola for a late-night snack !
For dinner, I’m thinking we’ll have Mediterranean Marinated Flank Steak with salad and these oh-so-tasty Smoky Chipotle Parmesan French Fries ! Yummy and yummy! For dessert, we’ll have the same incredible Espresso Ice-Cream Pie that I made for my dad’s birthday dinner last month. (He doesn’t get tired of it.)
