- ¾ of a cup of apple cider
- 1 apple - cored and peeled (you can leave the peel on if you wish)
- ½ teaspoon of maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon (add more if you want a strong cinnamon flavor)
- 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds (optional, I added them for protein and omegas)
