  • 1 apple - cored and peeled (you can leave the peel on if you wish)
  • ½ teaspoon of maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon (add more if you want a strong cinnamon flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds (optional, I added them for protein and omegas)
