Cheesy Artichoke & Mozzarella Sliders

Sliders are the hottest trend right now! With all the cheesy goodness I’ve been seeing everywhere I knew it was my time. I’m a legit cheese fiend. Just made sense for me to make my own version of the yummy appetizers right? This recipe only has FIVE ingredients. Well, I didn’t count parsley as an ingredient.. so if you do, then SIX ingredients. Not bad right? Basically what I’m saying is this recipe is so easy anyone can do it [my first thought when writing that sentence was ‘so easy a caveman can do it’… and then I thought, that’s silly]. Plus I have a video to show just how quickly these babies come together in all their cheesy glory.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 count) pkg. whole wheat soft dinner rolls
  • 1 (10 oz.) La Terra Fina Chunky Artichoke Parmesan & Garlic Dip
  • 6 slices mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, choopped
