Welcome to September!! I know… WHAT?! Yes, we are officially in the first month of FALL (okay it;s at the end of the month but work with me here)! So, naturally, this month’s series is all about fall and Halloween recipes. YES, my prayers have been answered, now if the temperature outside would cooperate I would literally be in Heaven.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups mashed bananas (4-5 bananas)
  • 1 stick (8 Tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
  • ¾ Cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 eggs, room temp
  • ½ Cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 Cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ Cup chopped pecans (I used my cinnamon sugar roasted pecans here)
