A Bloody Mary cocktail is an amazing drink year round but it seems to get extra love during the football season and over the holidays. This is probably because it’s a cocktail and a meal rolled into one. Try one for breakfast or lunch and then tell me if you’re still hungry. Wouldn’t it be amazing if Bloody Marys could become the latest diet trend? Who needs juicing or cayenne pepper honey lemon juice mixes when you can consume a sensible cocktail for every meal?
For the BEST (yup- we’re shouting it) Bloody Mary mix, combine tomato juice, worchestershire sauce, horseradish, lemon juice, Tabasco, salt, and pepper. Mix it all up and if possible, let it sit for an hour or two to marinate. We tend to eyeball the measurements after so many years of making the mix but you can surely start off by being precise.
