Ingredients

  • 2 poblano peppers, roasted, skins removed, seeded and chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 C frozen sweet corn
  • 2 large baking potatoes, peeled, diced and boiled until tender
  • 8 oz of fresh lump crab meat
  • 4 C chicken broth
  • 1 C heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp cornmeal
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 C fresh chopped cilantro
  • salt & pepper to taste
