If you are a person who likes to try new thinks then you are at the right place. I did some research and discovered a lot about Asian cuisine. When I say Asian cuisine, I mean on South Asian, East Asian, Southeast Asian and Middle Asian food, and Central of course. This type of cuisine is based on specific type of culture (and tradition as well) which is very different from others. Here we talk about a large consumption of these kinds of ingredients such as sesame seeds, dried onions, soy, ginger (very healthy ingredient, and good in a fight against cancer by the way), rice and tofu. A very common and method that is applied in this part of the world is deep frying and stir frying. These methods make food tastier than it is with regular cooking, at least to me.
