  • 1 pound crab meat (any fresh crab meat will do)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, (reduced fat)
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • olive oil
