Summer is here and I want all things grilled, like these grilled peach puffs! But when it comes to dinner time I like to go with some super easy and quick! Grilling salmon just happens to be one of my favorite ways to get dinner on the table!
- 1 salmon fillet, grilled
- 4 cups Taylor Farms Power Green Kale Medley
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- dash of salt
- 1 tablespoons apricot juice
- 4 grilled apricot slices
