Vietnamese Cold-Brewed Iced Coffee

You can double or triple the recipe if you want a bigger batch. It should last at least a few days in the fridge but the fresher, the better. Nobody wants stale coffee =/

Ingredients

  • A large jar or container
  • Sieve
  • Coffee filter
  • ½ cup (125 mL) Café du Monde Coffee & Chicory coffee grounds
  • 2 cups (1/2 L) water
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 tsp agave nectar (or other liquid sweetener)
