Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon powdered gelatin
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • whipped cream
  • rose petals
