This week's menu includes sirloin steaks that I found on sale (we're looking forward to grilling them...so thankful that the weather will still allow it!) This week, I am making BBQ Pork Chili for the first time, using leftover pork and that makes me happy. When the cooler Fall evenings arrive, we turn to breakfast-for-dinner (my SIL calls it 'brinner'!) on a pretty regular basis, and that can be anything from pancakes to breakfast casseroles to full biscuits-and-gravy country plates. There is just something comforting about having the griddle and coffee pot going in the evening.
