  • 2 tablespoons mild oil, such as canola
  • 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes (not drained)

  • 3 green bell peppers, seeded and diced
  • ½ of a soup can of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (or more, to taste)
