White Chocolate Cranberry Sweet Rolls

Soft, homemade bun dough filled with easy homemade cranberry filling (or sub store bought), topped with a white chocolate glaze -- perfect for Christmas brunch or a make ahead weekend breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm milk (I put mine in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds)
  • ½ cup butter, room temperature
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons corn starch
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • ½ cup white chocolate, chopped (or chips)
  • ½-3/4 cup powdered sugar
