Lucky for us, you can get it in many markets these days, so be brave and try something way cool!/spanbr /br /spanDuring my second attempt at making a soup from this broccoli/cauliflower mix of a vegetable, I learned that "keep it simple" really is the best motto. This delicate flavored vegetable soup /spanspanis just a mix of onions, Romenesco, and vegetable broth. So easy! The finished result is a very silky soup with an added simple complementary garnish of tomato pieces and romanesco. For other uses of Romanesco just steam, or eat it raw, as you would for any cauliflower or broccoli presentation./span spanThis fabulous veggie will be an attention getter for sure at your next get together, or event!
