  • 1½ pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 cup diced red and/or green bell pepper
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 10-ounce can diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 1 8-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1½ teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Shredded lettuce, corn chips, sliced ripe olives, chopped tomato
