Switch up your morning routine with these tasty and easy Egg Breakfasts!
My typical morning: I usually wake up a few minutes before Bryan’s first alarm and while I give myself a little time to lay there and relax, I normally get to work pretty fast. I grab my phone and checking in with the world is the first step – email, social media, etc. I know some people say this can derail the beginning of the day, but I find it helps me focus on the next item of business. Then I head upstairs to my breakfast which is normally a boring bowl of cereal or granola bar so I can quickly get to my computer.
- Piece of hearty toast
- ½ Avocado
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, remove core through the top of the pepper to keep it intact.
- 1 Egg
