This is one of the nicest snacks I have eaten in a long time. I have seen pictures like these dotted over pinterest but have never tried making them for myself until today.
I love slicing up an apple and eating it with peanut butter but sometimes it is nice to enjoy a snack that not only tastes good but looks good too. This mornings snack was like eating a posh dessert and I cannot wait to make it again.
Clean Eating Apple Muesli Doughnuts would make a great in between meal snack or nutritious dessert. They are perfectly balanced with complex carbohydrates from fresh fruit, complex carbohydrates from the oats, protein from the nut and nut butter as well as a little fat. The ideal snack for a clean eater.
- 1 Apple
- 1 Tablespoon Natural Nut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Clean Muesli
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Fruit
- 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon optional
