Anyone who keeps up to date with The Kitchen Sheds Facebook Page will know that we had a recent post about the uses of coconut oil where everyone shared what they used it for. It was amazing! Some fantastic ideas were shared and so I wanted to write a blog post about it so that we could refer back to it whenever we wanted to.
Fats are the source of much confusion in the world of health.There are massive debates between what is good for you and what isn’t. I am not an expert on fats, but I have done a lot of research on the subject and have come to the conclusion that I should just always choose the most natural fats that I can (raw and cold pressed are ideal) and use them at the correct temperatures. Once you have done your own research, deciding what fats to use is a personal choice.
