- 6 red plums, stoned and cut into small pieces (leave skin on)
- Juice of one orange
- Small piece ginger
- 4-6 tablespoons rice malt syrup, brown sugar or honey
- 8 small potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces.
- 50 grams butter

- 2 figs, quartered
