  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries *(I used orange flavored)
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • ⅓ cup shelled pistachios
  • **Wet:
  • ½ cup honey *(or maple if vegan)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce *(or pumpkin puree)
