Spring break and the Easter holiday are over. I hope you had a wonderful vacation. It was nice to have some time off of work and school but since we had to get back to the real world, I knew that something chocolate would make the transition a little easier! If you like your bars to be nice, clean cut squares that look pretty on a platter, then this recipe isn’t for you. But if you are all about the ooey gooey goodness when it comes to chocolate desserts, then you have to try making these bars!
- Brownie mix (I used Betty Crocker Supreme Triple Chunk.)
- Ingredients called for on the brownie package (1/4 cup water, ⅓ cup vegetable oil and 1 egg)
- 7 oz container marshmallow cream
- 1½ tablespoons butter
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 cups chocolate crispy rice cereal (I used Cocoa Pebbles.)
