Healthy Cinnamon Roll Waffles which taste like a fresh, hot cinnamon roll minus the nasties! Sugar free, high protein and options for those following a paleo, gluten free or vegan dietary lifestyle!

First things first- Thank you all SO much for your feedback and support on me announcing the forthcoming E-Cookbook! It’s been something that’s been brewing for a while now and recipes being made and collated but something was holding me back. It wasn’t until some convincing from a couple of epic friends who convinced me to bite the bullet and move forward with it! I’m so excited to start putting it together and giving some amazing recipes a little photo shoot. Expect an upcoming Giveaway for coming up with the official title…

Ingredients

  • 2 T coconut flour, sifted (can sub for oat or almond flour- see note)
  • 1/2 scoop paleo friendly vanilla or cinnamon protein powder (can sub for any vanilla protein powder if not 100% paleo)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (use paleo version if strictly paleo)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 T -1/4 cup dairy free milk**
  • 2 T coconut flour, sifted
  • 1/2 scoop paleo friendly vanilla protein powder (can sub for any vanilla protein powder if not 100% paleo)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder (use paleo version if strictly paleo)
  • 1 flax egg (1 T flax + 3 T water)
  • 1 T -1/4 cup dairy free milk*
  • 1 T coconut butter, melted
  • 1 T paleo friendly/vegan friendly vanilla protein powder
  • Milk to thin out
  • cinnamon for dusting
