A simple, delicious spice rub based off smoked paprika, sea salt and curry powder takes basic salmon the next level. Paleo, gluten free and a healthy, high protein option!
Happy Wednesday guys! Every so often, What I Ate Wednesday falls on the same day as the Recipe Redux and today happens to be one of those days! Before we get into the recipe, here’s a full day of eats from the weekend- Breakfast and lunch was pretty much the same in different forms. Big props to Jenn for hosting!
Breakfast- At mums- Homemade breakfast sausage, kettle corn baked potatoes, crusty baguette, cherry tomatoes and boiled eggs. This was doused in sriracha post photograph.
- 4 filets of salmon (approximately 125-150 grams each)
- 2 T smoked paprika
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Olive oil
