  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 2 Green plantains
  • Canola oil for frying
  • 1 cup sweetened Shredded coconut
