Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) gluten free animal cracker crumbs (optional, gluten free graham cracker crumbs or crushed gluten free pretzels)
  • 8 oz (250 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) plain yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) liquid honey
  • 1 cup (250 ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 4 Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit, peeled, sliced, and quartered
  • 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) liquid honey
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice
