  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup canola oil (or other neutral flavour oil)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
  • 3/4 cup (140 grams) mozzarella cheese, cubed
