Summertime at the grill with a whole fish is quite easy to do. A whole fish does not fall apart like a delicate fillet of fish. You do have those tiny bones to deal with, but if you take your time you will be rewarded with crunchy fish skin and tender flaky flesh. I usually get whole cleaned Tilapia fish from my local Latin grocery store for around 99 cents per pound. Of course you can use any fresh fish you catch.
