Chocolate topped with more chocolate…I couldn’t resist this Chocolate Sour Cream Bundt Cake when I saw it on Jen’s blog, Juanita’s Cocina. Jen has been a dear foodie friend who I am am lucky to blog with each week as part of the Sunday Supper team. I may have even squealed when I received the email assigning me to her blog this month for The Secret Recipe Club. I knew there would be no shortage of amazing recipes. I actually had to stop perusing as there were way too many wonderful options.
This picturesque cake made for a happy family. When the spoons come out to sample and re-sample the leftovers in the frosting bowl, it’s a good sign. I sent this cake along with Bill when he went to visit his mom…and the plate was returned empty with a sweet thank you note. I would be happy to be assigned Jen’s blog month after month as there are numerous delectable dishes worth trying. Thanks, Jen, for making this month’s Secret Recipe Club such a breeze!!! I’m so thrilled to have you in Group C. Your Chocolate Sour Cream Bundt Cake was a huge hit with my family!
