The food blogger world is full of beautiful chocolate desserts this time of year. Well, as someone who bakes decadent sweets all year round, I was just going to skip a Valentine’s Day dessert. Then I remembered a pound cake I’d been wanting to try…it was posted on a foodie website by a fabulous baker named Ernie. There were pages of rave reviews…she took Nick Malgieri’s pound cake, doubled it and baked in a Bundt pan. Sounded like a no-brainer…chocolate cake+ sprinkle of powdered sugar = delighted family.
