Who doesn’t love a good fry? Who doesn’t love a healthier fry that still tastes delicious yet NOT fried and is a super food?!! Yep! Sweet potatoes are considered one of 10 Super foods to eat to maintain optimal health according to Diabetes.org.
Sweet potatoes are full of fiber and high in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, iron, beta carotene, potassium and calcium! If that’s not enough to eat one I don’t know what is!
You can enjoy them baked or even mashed but my family enjoys them more when then can pick them up with their little fingers! My kiddies enjoyed my Easy Baked Sweet potatoes which are round, sliced, like chips. Now they love these fries and can’t get enough of them. I never have any left overs when I make these!
- 6 small sweet potatoes (about 2 pounds) , peeled, quartered and sliced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
