When I “went paleo” in 2010, one of the first people I started following was Robb Wolf.
I dove into his blog, read his first book, and began listening to his Paleo Solution podcast. It’s safe to say that Robb’s writing has had a huge influence on me, both as a nutritionist and a regular ol’ person.
Robb’s science-meets-pragmatism attitude and ability to not take this stuff too seriously really appealed to me.
So you can imagine my delight when I later found out that my then boyfriend (now husband) was a good internet pal of Robb’s…and the day they finally met in person in 2016 was very cool to witness.
