It is hard to believe a month is coming to an end that I am nearing the end of my Activia Challenge. I wanted to share a follow up with you on my success. I really enjoyed my month and have enjoyed not only the taste but the health benefits. I have noticed that I am having less gas and bloating and I really enjoyed the digestive benefits. I have consumed 2 Activia yogurts daily now for a total of almost four weeks.
My routine consists of eating 1 yogurt each morning as my breakfast and then a 2nd one in the evening after dinner as a replacement for my dessert.
