As you know I shared with you that I am taking the Activia Challenge . I wanted to share a follow up with you on my success. So far it is going really well! I have noticed that I am having less gas and bloating and I am really enjoying the digestive benefits so far. I have enjoyed 2 Activia yogurts daily now for a total of 2 weeks.
I am eating 1 each morning as my breakfast and a 2nd one in the evening after dinner as a replacement for my dessert. It is yummy alone but it is amazing with a little fresh fruit, granola, toasted coconut, almonds and mini chocolate chips. What I have found is that by replacing sweet treats that temp me in the evening with Activia and starting my day with Activia it really helps me feel better all day long.
